Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-004615, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff, and, PAULINE KARAS A/K/A PAULINE SPENCER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULINE KARAS A/K/A PAULINES SPENCER N/K/A WAYNE SPENCER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NATALIE SPENCER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; HAMPTON VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
