NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, and to an order on plaintiff's motion to reset judicial sale, dated November 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010256-CI 7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff and The Estate of Ann Marino A/K/A Ann M. Marino, Et. al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT THREE (3), BLOCK āCā, BRENTWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
STREET ADDRESS: 1177 KEENE RD, DUNEDIN, FL 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
