NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-014392 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM H ROWLEY; GAIL A. ROWLEY A/K/A GAIL A COURTNEY; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; ROYAL OAK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/11/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
