NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-039423 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN J FOX; FRANCES E. FOX; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SKY LAKE SOUTH UNITS SIX AND SEVEN, INC, F/K/A PROPERTY OWNSERS ASSOCIATION OF SKY LAKE UNITS SIX AND SEVEN, INC.; PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/20/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
