NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004130-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein everbank is the Plaintiff and vincent ortiz; mortgage electronic registration systems incorporated, as a nominee for countrywide home loans, inc.; park central property owners' association, inc.; the estates at park central condominium association, inc.; unknown benificiaries of the vincent ortiz, as trustee under the unrecorded revocable trust, dated march 29, 2006 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 14, building 3, of the estates at park central condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 8662, page 3767, public records of orange county, florida. and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
