Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 19, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 192, WINDERLAKES TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 145 AND 146 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4008 SALMON DR, ORLANDO, FL 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 6, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
