Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on cause on December 2, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:

ALSO KNOWN AS: APARTMENT NUMBER 6010, BUILDING F, VILLAGE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ASSCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED MARCH 19,1981, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3180, PAGE 2265, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 31 TO 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6010 VILLAGE CIRCLE, ORLANDO, FL 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 3, 2014 at 11 AM.
