NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2014, in Case Number 2013-CA-001425-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Hassa A. Jewell is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 4, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 5, Block “C”, MONTCLAIR MANOR, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book V, Page 117, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to § 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
