lot 247, water's edge at lake noan unit 1, according to the plat recorded in plat book 67, pages 61 through 73, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 8588 northlake parkway, orlando, fl 32827; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 11, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
