NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 6, 2014 in Case No.: 2013-CA-008207-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein, Daniel Santana is the Plaintiff, and Sheila Powell Newberry is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11 o'clock A.M. on February 6th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block B, BONNEWILLE SECTION 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book W, Page 90, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTH (60) days after the sale.
