NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006455-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, where bank of america, n.a. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD CRUZ, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the February 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
lot 32, bear lake highlands, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book x, page 71, public records of oragne county, florida.
