NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017686-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GreenPoint Mortgage Funding is the Plaintiff and Thamara Almonte; The Sanctuary at Bay Hill Condominium Association, Inc.; Reyneiro Almonte; John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenant (s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 31st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7803, BUILDING 1 OF SANCTUARY AT BAY HILL CONDOMINIUM, ACONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8396, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
