Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated Jan. 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-3827CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-6, Plaintiff, and RYAN BURLEW, JOEL NEUMANN, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, DARLENE CROW, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 18 day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 4840, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, GOLF COURSE SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 33A THROUGH 33G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 2192 Alton Road, Port Charlotte, FL., 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
