Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003569 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp., Plaintiff and David Scott Arp a/k/a David S. Arp a/k/a David Arp are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on April 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 8, BUILDING D, SPINNAKER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPINNAKER BAY, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 942, PAGE 285, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 71A THROUGH 71I, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
