NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Jan. 7, 2014, and entered in 12000641CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and RONALD HAZUDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD HAZUDA; RIVERHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 18, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 161, RIVERHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 419, PAGE 632, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 467, PAGE 942 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 562, PAGE 1197, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 21A THROUGH 21R INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 41A AND 41B ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
