NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12001705CA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and KATIE VONG, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 am on the 13 day of February, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 56, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 4, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 52A THROUGH 52D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
