NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09003915CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-FLX5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FLX5 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and RICHARD P. BOLTON; MARIE J. BOLTON; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 186, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 14, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 9A THROUGH 9Q, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
