NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-004977-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2005-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4 is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER A. GARCIA A/K/A JENNIFER GARCIA AND DESMOND GARCIA, WIFE AND HUSBAND; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., A CORPORATION; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 22127 FELTON AVENUE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 22127 FELTON AVENUE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952, are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11AM EST on the 14 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
