NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-002541, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, bank of america, n.a., successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, lp fka countrywide home loans servicing lp is the Plaintiff, and david e. collins; maryanna collins; unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on this 3 day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
the west 75 feet of the east 180 feet of the tract 78, unit 68, golden gate estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 5, page 90, of the public records of collier county, florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
