NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-002546, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, wells fargo bank, na., is the Plaintiff, and, vicenta valverde a/k/a vincenta j. valverde a/k/a vicenta j. valverde; maria m. valverde; unknown tenant 1 n/k/a will balberda are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 5 day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
west 75 feet of the east 150 feet of tract 56 of golden gate estates unit no. 74, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 5, page 10, of the public records of collier county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
