NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2014, in Case No. 12-3414-CA-LLB of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which richard S. Crawford, is the Plaintiff and TODD E. GATES, individually, and INVESTMENT SYSTEMS, INC. OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA and STANFORD SQUARE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, Dwight Brock, as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on February 3, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in accordance with ยง 45.031, Fla. Stat:
unit 701, stanford square, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 2866, pages 680 through 746, inclusive, of the public records collier county, florida, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
