unit 208, building 3, phase 3, brittania i of forest glen condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof as recorded in o.r. book 2749, page 298, and as amended thereto, public records of collier county, florida.
and commonly known as: 3950 LOBLOLLY BAY DR #208, NAPLES, FL 34114; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, 34112 on February 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
