Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 6, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
all that certain real property situated in the county of collier state of florida, described as follows: the north 165 feet of tract 82, golden gate estates, unit no. 10, according to the play thereof, of record in plat book 4, page(s) 101 and 102, of the public records of collier county, florida.
and commonly known as: 685 11th street nw, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, 34112 on February 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
