NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 6, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-001957 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3 day of February, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 7-A, Bayberry of Naples, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in official record book 756, Pages 636, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Subject to all restriction, reservations, and easements now of record, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
