NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004997 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS2 was the Plaintiff and EDUARDO J. ZUFERRI A/K/A EDUARDO ZUFERRI, ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 3 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 71 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 61 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
