Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 06, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 402, IN BUILDING 3, OF PHASE 3, OF BRITANNIA I OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2749 AT PAGE 0298, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING THE AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION CREATING PHASE 3, WHICH WAS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2937 AT PAGE 1303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on February 3, 2014, beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later then 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
