NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003486, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA RICK and REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 5 day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 94, MARCO BEACH UNIT THREE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 17 THROUGH 24, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
