NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002615-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Carol A. Bucci; Unknown Spouse of Carol A. Bucci; Crescent Gardens Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. H-101 OF CRESCENT GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1714, PAGE 220 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
