Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 6, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 6-201, ESTUARY OF MARCO CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1152, PAGE 276-371 INCLUSIVE, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
and commonly known as: 2129 SAN MARCO RD UNIT 6-201, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse Naples, FL, on February 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
