NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-002367 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-1, Plaintiff, and, CAROL VETRECIN AKA CAROL J. VETRECIN AKA CAROL VETRICIN, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property:
BUILDING NO.4, UNIT NO.101 OF THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, PAGE 3888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE UNIT NO. # AS SHOWN IN DECLARATION AS APPURTENANT TO AFORESAID UNIT AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
