NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2010, entered in Case No. 2009CA007621 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-0A16, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Mariela Sanchez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as a Nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A., Min No. 100133700014303468 ; Lexington National Insurance Corporation; ABC Bail Bonds, Inc.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through , Under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest on the Property Herein Described , are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112,
beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
