NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 007285 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and Michael A. Laboy A/K/A Michael Laboy, Delma Laboy, Copperstone Master Association, Inc., the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 a.m. on February 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Copperstone Phase 1, According To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 51, Pages 178 Through 201, Of The Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
