Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 21, BAY HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1010, Pages 487 through 542, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Pages 40 through 42, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on May 7, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
