Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of January, 2014 and entered in CASE NO.: 2012-CA-2972, of the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Pelican Point, Unit 1, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Snead Brothers Properties LLC are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder in the Lobby 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 5 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4-C, PELICAN POINT, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 595, PAGE 1231-1284, OF THE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
