NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-004172 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DORIS M SCHUMACHER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR VANTIUM CAPITAL, INC., D/B/A ACQURA LOAN SERVICES; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RICHARD SCHUMACHER., and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANNE SCHUMACHER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
