Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 06, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 17, EUCALYPTUS HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 07, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
