NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012CA007261, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CSFB MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-7, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY GRAY A/K/A SHIRLEY M. GRAY; PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 234, BUILDING NO. 9 OF NO. 5, PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 665, PAGE 374, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREAFTER, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 35, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
