NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2014 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on February 13, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Situate and being in Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida and being the East 1/2 of Lot 11, Dude Ranch Acres Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 29, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and being further described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 11, thence along the chord of an arc to the left having a radius of 1096.08 feet, North 82 degrees 45 minutes East 159.70 feet to the above mentioned point of beginning; thence North 0 degrees 23 minutes 12 seconds East 361.60 feet more or less to the centerline of Williamson Creek; thence in an Easterly direction along the centerline of said creek (the North line of said Lot)160 feet more or less in the Northeast corner of said lot 11; thence south 0 degrees 23 minutes 12 seconds West 368 feet more or less to the southeast corner of said lot; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 1096.08 feet, 160.15 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
