NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002831 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Stacey S Dunn, Tenant # 1 also known as Lauren Elmore, Tenant # 2 also known as Richard Ramrez, The Unknown Spouse of Stacey S Dunn, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 18, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 87, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 26 THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
