NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 10, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001198, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW L. HOWELL; SUSAN M. HOWELL; SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC.; SML STRIPING & SIGNAGE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s). DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Third Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT 104, PHASE II, SPRINGWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1088, PAGE 1564, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1490 GREEN VALLEY CIRCLE UNIT 104, NAPLES, FL 34104.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
