NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003977 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and PAMALA K. FRAZZONI, ET AL., are Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on February 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, BRIARWOOD, UNITS 1 AND 2, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 71 THRU 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
