NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-002848 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 6th day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 80 FEET OF THE NORTH 216.75 FEET, OF THE E 1/4 OF NW OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 25 FEET FOR THE 7TH STREET EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
