NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA008402AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT 2006-AR1, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN PAUL MATKOWSKY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin 125 feet West and 165.24 feet North of the SE corner of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 18 East; Manatee County, Florida, thence North 140 feet; thence West 100 feet along South boundary of road right of way; thence South 140 feet; thence East 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
