NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 582009CA0214510000NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-IM1 is the Plaintiff and Marie A. Mercorella, William T. Barrack, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. Solely As Nominee, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 09:00 a.m. on February 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
