NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001235 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Fifth Third Bank, Plaintiff and ROBERT H. STAHLSCHMIDT A/K/A ROBERT H STAHLSCHMIDT II AS GENERAL TRUSTEE OF MAINLAND ENTERPRISES, A UBTO; ROBERT H. STAHLSCHMIDT A/K/A ROBERT H. STAHLSCHMIDT, INDIVIDUALLY; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this February 11th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Starting at the center of Wilkinson Road and at a point 25` West of the center of Swift Road; thence South parallel to Swift Road, 1689.6`; thence in a Westerly direction (parallel to Wilkinson road), 309.5` for a point of beginning; thence in a Westerly direction and parallel to Wilkinson Road, 77.0`; thence in a Southerly direction and parallel with Swift Road, 162.7`; thence in an Easterly direction and parallel to Swift Road, 162.7`; thence in a Easterly direction and parallel to Wilkinson Road, 77.0`; thence in a Northerly direction and parallel to Swift Road, 162.7` to the P.O.B Lying and being in N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East. Subject to a 12.5` easement on the South side of Dueby Road.
