Fifth Third Bank, Plaintiff and ROBERT H. STAHLSCHMIDT A/K/A ROBERT H STAHLSCHMIDT II AS GENERAL TRUSTEE OF MAINLAND ENTERPRISES, A UBTO; ROBERT H. STAHLSCHMIDT A/K/A ROBERT H. STAHLSCHMIDT, INDIVIDUALLY; ET AL, defendant.
