F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RYAN L VERNOY; ROBIN M. VERNOY A/K/A ROBIN VERNOY; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
