NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51 2010 CA 007590 ES, DIVISION: J1, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff, and GREGORY B. FREEZE; KRISTIE F. FREEZE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 33, MEADOW POINTE III, PARCEL “DD” & “Y”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 123-141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
