NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004452-XXXX-ES in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-CW1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and, JOHN HOWEY A/K/A JOHN A. HOWEY, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 10th day of February, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 31, BLOCK A, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1, UNITS “A” AND “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54 AT PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
