Notice is given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 51-2013-CC-2515-ES, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is CRESTVIEW HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and Defendants are ELVIN AGUILAR ALCAIDE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELVIN AGUILAR ALCAIDE, ZAIDA CRESPO, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZAIDA CRESPO and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 75, CRESTVIEW HILLS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, page 124, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Also known as: 7643 Weehawken Drive, Zephyrhills, Florida 33540.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
