NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018413 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN CHARLES BERNARD A/K/A BRIAN C. BERNARD; ASHTON LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ASHTON LAKES NO. 8 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; DEBORAH A. BERNARD A/K/A DEBORAH BERNARD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5501, ASHTON LAKES NO. 8, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2569, PAGE 2644, ET. SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGE 12, 12A THROUGH 12C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
